Free Fire is ringing in their third anniversary with an update Survivors will not want to miss, including several exciting player-requested enhancements, a new Clash Squad Ranked season, new awakened character, and much, much more!
On July 29th, everyone’s favorite game mode, Clash Squad, is entering its second ranked season and rewarding Survivors with the exclusive Golden G18 once they achieve Rank Gold III or above. Based on player feedback, the auto-aim assist function has been adjusted; driving mechanics optimized to offer a smoother driving experience; vehicle maximum speed has been increased; and keeping tabs on a Survivor’s progress in Clash Squad has also been streamlined (now that career stats can be viewed under their personal profile).
This latest update also shows off a number of new features, including a brand-new spawn island called “The Runway,” the new Horizaline (which serves as a revive kit in classic game modes), and its latest awakened character, Hayato “Firebrand.”
*Survivors who join Free Fire’s anniversary event on August 22 will receive the latest awakened character for free.
Free Fire is also happy to introduce a new playable character named Luqueta, a 20-year old soccer player whose Hat Trick ability increases his max HP for every kill he makes.
And new pet, Mr. Waggor, is perfect for Survivors who always want to have a spare Gloo Wall grenade on hand. He’ll be able to produce them every [120/100/80] seconds if the Survivor has less than [1/1/2] Gloo Wall grenades.
